I have extensive experience training and performing at a high road and mountain bike racing experience. I ran the most successful running program in Canada for 12 year before moving onto training, coaching clients for the last 14 year. through this I unintentionally became and expert in cancer rehabilitation with my own personal battle against two stage 4 cancers the last 10 years.
